CONSULTATION AND PAYMENT POLICY
At Sumpter Designs, we value your time and ours. To ensure accurate project planning and personalized service, in-home consultations require a $50 non-refundable deposit. This fee covers travel, measurements, and design assessment and will be applied toward your total project balance if you choose to move forward with the work.
A 50% deposit of the total project cost is due one week prior to your scheduled service date to secure materials, scheduling, and design preparation.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please note there is a $200 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your deposit. Additional charges may apply if pre-work or material preparation has already been completed prior to cancellation.
We understand life happens — you may reschedule once within a 48-hour notice window without penalty. Any reschedules made after that period may be subject to additional fees based on scheduling and preparation costs.
